Ridgewood Village Mobile Home Park has been a part of the Auburn community for over 30 years. We are proud to have provided a place for young college students to live and grow while they furthered their education. Though a lot of things have changed in Auburn over the last 30 years, Ridgewood has remained one of the best college communities to live in. In fact, we are privileged to be home to the children of former residents when they come to Auburn.

One of the many features that make Ridgewood unique is the regulation controlling mobile home ownership. Because we do not allow any rental homes, we can maintain an upscale and safe environment for the young students and professionals that makeup Ridgewood Village. The abundant amenities and reasonable lot rent make Ridgewood Village not only an enjoyable place to live, but also an economical way to live.

Lot rent for the 2010-2011 lease period is $260.00 per month. There is a security deposit of $260.00 required when the initial lease is signed. Lot rent includes water, sewage, home garbage pickup, lawn mowing, and television programming as well as internet. We also have amenities such as a clubhouse, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, swimming pool and a covered bus stop for Tiger Transit.
