- 2011-2012 Leases are due in the office no later than August 31, 2011. After this date a $30 late lease fee will be added monthly until lease in returned.
- You must also pick up your new RED parking decal by August 31, 2011. After this date there will be a $25 fee assessed to your account monthly till its renewed. Please make sure all roommates have the decal as well. The forms are in the office during regular business hours.
- New late fee policy: During the course of the current lease period, if you are late one time the fee is $25; each time after that the fee will increase by $25. Please make every attempt to pay on time to avoid these fees. Also, if the 10th falls on a Friday, you have till 5pm to get your payment in before its considered late on the 11th. If the 10th falls on the weekend, that late fee is waived if payment is received by 8am Monday.
- PARKING PARKING PARKING: You have 2 parking spots at your home. If you have guests over please get permission from your neighbors before you take a residents spot. We have had numerous complaints from residents who cant even park at their home due to someones guests taking their spots. BE RESPECTFUL OF YOUR NEIGHBORS!
