According to your lease, lot rent is due and payable on the 1^st day of every month and a late fee is added on the 11^th. If this date should fall on the weekend, then you will have till 8 am on the following Monday to turn in your lot rent with out a late fee added. For your convenience, there is a night drop box on the end of the clubhouse for any rent checks and correspondence after hours.

 

During the 2010-2011-lease period, the first time you are late with your rent, there will be a $25 fee assessed; after each successive time you are late in the lease period, the fee increases by $25.  Please make every effort to pay your lot rent on time to avoid these late fees.
