Television programming and internet access included in lot rent – Ridgewood Village strives to be the best student mobile home community in Auburn
Along with the many other services and amenities that are included with the rent at Ridgewood Village, we also provide television programming and internet access. Ridgewood contracts with Bulk TV & Internet to provide these services. Bulk TV & Internet is a company that handles commercial accounts for Direct TV, as well as other television programming and internet companies. DO NOT contact Direct TV if you experience problems. You must contact Bulk TV Customer Support through the numbers provided.
The schedule of programming that is provided can be viewed by going to “TV Channel Line Up” on Ridgewood’s website. Any resident who wants additional premium channels, movies on demand, pay-per-view, etc., are able to contract directly through Bulk TV & Internet for these services, at their own expense.
Each resident has to purchase their own modem. These modems are readily available at retail stores like Walmart and Best Buy.
Residents who choose not to receive their internet or programming through Ridgewood can get it through other providers like AT&T/Bellsouth at their own expense. However, these services and amenities, like garbage pickup, water, sewage, lawn care, pool, tennis courts, etc., are not deducted from rent because they are not used by a tenant.
The Ridgewood staff is committed to working with our residents and Bulk TV & Internet to solve any issues that arise. Please use the technical support numbers provided to report problems. However, if a problem persists, or is not dealt with in a timely matter, please call the Ridgewood office during business hours.
