Waiver

In an effort to facilitate the sale of mobile homes in Ridgewood Village Mobile Home Park, the Ridgewood office offers the following services:

Including your mobile home on our "For Sale By Owner" list that is kept in the Ridgewood office.
List your mobile home to be included in the “For Sale By Owner” section on our website
Keep a key to your mobile home at the Ridgewood office.

If a mobile home owner wants to utilize this service, they must agree to the following terms:

Prospective buyers must personally contact the owner at the phone number on the "For Sale By Owner" list.
If Ridgewood has been provided with a key, owner must call the office during regular business hours and authorize a prospective buyer to use it.
The prospective buyer must allow our office staff to make a copy of their driver's license and provide us with a phone number.
Ridgewood Village personnel will not accompany the prospective buyer to the mobile home.
Ridgewood Village Mobile Home Park is not an agent for the mobile home owner.
The mobile home owner holds Ridgewood Village Mobile Home Park harmless for any repercussion for this service.
