Clubhouse Use Agreement

Rules for Private use of the Clubhouse and Surrounding Area

  • The clubhouse is available between 5:00 PM & 11:00 PM.
  • No alcoholic beverages are allowed in or around clubhouse. 
  • Do not move any of the clubhouse furniture without the permission of management.
  • The clubhouse must be left clean. You are expected to provide your own materials for clean up.
  • Parking is located in the rear of the building.  Do not park in the front of the clubhouse.
  • There is a $50.00 deposit is required to reserve the clubhouse.  This deposit may be used toward any damage or clean up.  Additional fees may be charged to cover damaged in excess of the deposit.
  • All doors must be locked when you leave the clubhouse.  This includes the restroom doors leading to the outside of the building.
