Parking Rules, Regulations & Violation Schedule

Every vehicle that parks in Ridgewood Village must be registered with the office and issued a parking permit. This permit must be displayed on the outside left rear window.
There will be a $10.00 fee for replacement parking permits
Each mobile home must comply with parking rules and can only park in your designated parking area.
No parking is allowed at vacant lots during office hours.
The office contacts residents to move their vehicles when mobile homes are moved in and out of the Park. Any vehicle that is not moved will be towed at owner’s expense.
Observe the rules of diagonal and parallel parking. See map for instructions on diagonal and parallel parking.
There is no parking on the lot for any reason. Parking or driving on the lot can damage underground utilities and kill the grass.
No boats, utility trailers, or ATV’s are allowed in the park.
The speed limit in the Park is 15 MPH.

Violation Schedule

1st Offense - $25.00 Fine
2nd Offense - $50.00 Fine
3rd Offense - $100.00 Fine or Vehicle Towed at Owner’s Expense

After the 3rd offense of any registered resident, the mobile home owner will be subject to possible eviction.
