The Office must approve new fences. No dog leads or dog runs are permitted. Dogs are not allowed to roam free, even when accompanied by their owner. Pets climbing or escaping pens will not be a valid excuse for rules violation. The Park Management monitors these provisions at all times and strictly enforces them. Each resident shall be required to ensure that its pet does not cause any annoyances or discomfort to other residents of the Park. Specifically, each resident must ensure that his or her pet does not create excessive noise/barking or odor. In the event that any pet belonging to any Lessee is in violation of any portion of Section 4.08 of the Lease, the Lessee owner of the pet shall be given a warning and assessed a Fee of $25.00. If the same pet is found to be in violation for a second time, the Lessee shall have 48 hours to remove the pet from the Park and shall be assessed a Fee of $50.00. CatsCats must also be registered in the office by completing a form with your cat’s breed, color, sex and name; you must also provide a copy of the certificate of rabies vaccination. Failure to register a pet can result in the loss of permission to have pets on the premises and possible eviction from the park. No outside cats are allowed in the Park. Because stay cats are a major concern, we require that you keep your cat contained within your home. There are serious concerns regarding rabies and other diseases that may be associated with theses cats and kittens. Residents may contact the office to check out traps to catch cats at your lot. You will be responsible for disposing of the cats/kittens you catch. These traps do not in any way harm the animals. If we catch a cat/kitten we take it to the Humane Society in Auburn. If a cat is caught that has an identifying collar we contact the owner if possible before it is taken the Human Society.
