Ridgewood Village Sewage Guidelines

YOU MUST CONTACT THE OFFICE IF YOU HAVE A SEWAGE ISSUE.
All homes must have a proper clean-out. If there is not a clean-out, one will need to be installed before we can run your line.
Ridgewood Village will attempt to run your sewage line first. If we cannot solve the problem, then we will contact Roto-Rooter. If only roots are found in the line, Ridgewood will pay for the service call. If foreign items are found, the bill will be the tenant’s responsibility.
If you call Roto-Rooter, without first contacting Ridgewood, you will be responsible for paying the charges and will not be reimbursed by Ridgewood.
DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING DOWN THE LINES OTHER THAN TOILET TISSUE.
If we run your line and find any foreign items, your lot will be accessed a service charge.
